Account data: name, email address, phone number, university, department, and level provided during registration.
Order data: service type, instructions, academic details, and deliverables related to your orders.
Payment data: transaction references and payment status. We do not store card numbers — all card data is handled by Paystack.
Communication data: messages sent via in-app chat.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance monitoring.
We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments; communicate with you about orders; send notifications relevant to your account; enforce our Terms of Service; and detect and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Paystack (payment processing); SMTP providers (transactional emails); and law enforcement when legally required.
We protect your data using: bcrypt password hashing (salt rounds 12); JWT token authentication with refresh rotation; HTTPS encryption in transit; access control (RBAC) limiting staff to necessary data only; and audit logging of all administrative actions.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order and payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and financial compliance. You may request account deletion by contacting support — this will anonymize your personal data while retaining financial records required by law.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (JWT tokens in localStorage) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not display ads on this Platform.
Our services are intended for university students (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.
