Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ScholarEdge360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

ScholarEdge360 provides academic support services including final year project assistance, assignment help, seminar paper writing, presentation design, and CV/resume writing for Nigerian university students.

All services are provided for educational and reference purposes. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with their institution's academic integrity policies.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ScholarEdge360 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. For Final Year Projects: you may pay 100% upfront or 60% as a deposit before work starts, with the remaining 40% due before final delivery. For all other services (assignments, seminars, presentations, CV): 100% payment is required before work commences.

No work begins until the required payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation is sent via email and in-app notification.

Initial consultations are free. A formal quotation is provided after reviewing your requirements. Work only begins after you explicitly approve the quotation and complete the required payment.

ScholarEdge360 offers reasonable revisions within 48 hours of delivery, provided revision requests fall within the original scope of work. Additional charges may apply for scope changes after work has commenced.

Refunds are issued only where: (a) work has not yet commenced; (b) delivered work materially fails to match the approved brief; or (c) delivery deadline was missed without prior communication. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via the in-app chat or support email. See our full Refund Policy for details.

All deliverables are prepared exclusively for the purchasing student. ScholarEdge360 does not retain rights to submitted work after delivery. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish platform-generated work as your own original publication in any commercial context.

The referral program credits ₦500 wallet credit to referrers and 5% discount to referees on first service. ScholarEdge360 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, credit amounts, and discount percentages with 7 days' notice. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

You must not: attempt to circumvent payment systems, share login credentials, submit false information, harass support staff, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

ScholarEdge360's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
